Answer to the question: for the old lady, I would take her to a park,not in the sun where there is harsh light, but I would take her under the trees.The shade from the trees will make  her wrinkled skin look smooth. She would hold a small reflector.If there is too much light, I would have her hold an umbrella behind her to make the light a little softer.Afterwards,I would also let her sit on a white blanket to brighten  her face,yet make it look soft.
